Semper Primus is  Latin For "Always First"  This phrase reflects the attitude or our members and their desire to always be first  in anything they do. This can be seen in our members actions, speach and appearance. Whether it be striving to be  first on an emergency scene, agressiveness during fire attack and other emergency operations, care of equipment, persuit of specilized training and certifications  or while fulfilling our primary goal of  providing professional services the residents we serve.

"Semper Primus" can be applied to any situation we face. But none more redily than when we are helping others in times of trouble. Their  needs are "Always First".
